September 20 - 24, 2010 “Niagara Rainbow” Chicago to Niagara Falls Roundtrip Tour departs and returns to Chicago Union Station.

Come join American Rail’s private rail passenger car tour to one of the most scenic and romantic attractions in the entire world. Millions have honeymooned at Niagara Falls. Others have come for the sheer majesty and power of the falls.

Tour includes rail transportation, overnight in Hilton Hotel overlooking Canadian side of the falls, tours of both sides of the falls and dinner at the renowned Jack’s Oyster House. There is sort of an inside joke about Jack’s. Despite the name previous owners did not serve oysters. New owners do but who knows after the oil spill in the Gulf? Meals are prepared fresh onboard by highly accomplished chef and served by attentive stewards. All passengers will enjoy private bedrooms with enclosed private bathroom.

The Canadian tour includes Maid of the Mist boat ride, Canadian Horseshoe Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Bridge Marooned since 1918, Upper Canadian Rapids, Niagara Power Plants, Sir Henry Oakes Garden, Whirlpool Rapids, Power Plant Disaster Area, Rainbow Bridge, Queen Victoria Park, Table Rock House and Upper Niagara Rapids.

The American tour includes Maid of the Mist boat ride, American Falls, Prospect Park, Rock Slide Disaster Area, Bridal Veil Falls, Lower Niagara River, Pathway Below The Falls, Honeymoon Bridge Remains, E. Dent Lackey Plaza, Three Sisters Islands, Upper Niagara Rapids and Table Rock.

Fares are $1,999 per person double occupancy in double bedroom and $3,599 per person single occupancy in double bedroom. Double occupancy of a suite onboard (one room in hotel) is $3,499 per person.
