August 10 – 22, 2010 “Great Western Parks Tours” Thirteen Days, Twelve Nights of Relaxed Touring Tour departs and returns to Chicago Union Station. See Grand Teton, Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks as never before. This very inclusive tour includes private railcar transportation, transportation to and within the parks, lodging and sightseeing, many meals, a raft ride on the Snake River, a ride on the steam powered Heber Creeper Railroad, admission to Fairmont Springs Spa and a cruise on Lake McDonald.
You will enjoy riding the “Going to the Sun Road” onboard the historic White Motor Car “Jammer” buses restored as a gift of the Ford Motor Company.
Others rush you into and out of the parks. We do not. You’ll ride in private cars westbound behind the storied California Zephyr and eastbound behind the iconic Empire Builder.
Fares are $4,645 per person double occupancy in double bedroom and $7,945 per person single occupancy in double bedroom. This double bedroom has long sofa, two berths, a table, mirrors, a picture window and a private enclosed bathroom.
For the September 5 – 17 Section of “Great Western Parks Tours” we also have two roomettes (single bedrooms) available. The fare is $4,245 per person.
