There’s still no date for an Amtrak summit for downstate cities on the Chicago-Quincy corridor. State Rep. Don Moffitt, R-Gilson, who first broached the idea April 13, said earlier this week he’s waiting for a firm date for legislators to be called back into session before scheduling the summit.
