Amtrak: Some Va. service canceled due to Earl

RICHMOND, Va. - Amtrak is canceling some Virginia passenger train routes because of Hurricane Earl. Amtrak says the cancellations involve routes between the Tidewater area and Newport News. The changes announced Wednesday run Thursday through Saturday.
